The tour took place on the 28th of October 2015. This time we decided to show to the mass media three projects from the city of Kaliningrad.

Our first stop was in the Civil Registry Office (Project LPR1/010/088 “Effective Governance for People”) where we were familiarised a new modern “Civil registry e-archive” system which replaced the traditional paper one. We were shown how the new information resource is functioning and how it affects the information processing, making it much faster and more efficient.

After visiting the Civil Office we visited Kaliningrad Regional Clinical Hospital (LPR1/010/031 "High Quality Surgery over Borders"). We were shown the Simulation Training Room, which has become the truly tangible outcome of the project.
