REGISTRATION FOR THE PROGRAMME FINAL-OPENING CONFERENCE IN GDANSK IS OPEN
The main aim of the conference is to share the achievements of the successful Lithuania-Poland-Russia 2007-2013 Programme implementation within the First Call for Proposals and Large Scale Projects as well as to officially close the Programme operation. During the event we will have a unique opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the significant impact, which the projects made on everyday lives of the inhabitants of the regions engaged in the Programme implementation on both sides of the European Union-Russia border.
At the same time the event will be an excellent occasion for launching the new Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 and informing you about its future perspectives and planned activities. Please find enclosed the conference preliminary agenda.
In case of being interested please register on-line via the Programme website www.lt-pl-ru.eu between 23rd and 30th of November 2016. The JTS will send confirmation letters to the selected participants until 2nd of December 2016.
The JTS provides the participants with 2-night accommodation on site and transportation to Gdansk by coaches – according to the information given in the registration form. There is a limited number of places available. Only one person per a registered organization may attend the conference (other persons could be accepted in case of free places). Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and, if necessary, the JTS will take into account the principal of equal treatment of the regions. Practical information concerning the event, venue, hotel and transport will be provided to all registered participants by the Joint Technical Secretariat via email.
