POLAND-RUSSIA 2014-2020 – FIRST MEETING OF THE JOINT MONITORING COMMITTEE

The inaugural meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 took place on 23rd March 2017 in Yantarny (Kaliningrad Oblast). The JMC members have taken important decisions for the proper implementation of the Programme. The Rules of Procedure of the JMC were approved and the documents crucial for launching the first call for proposals were discussed.

A NEW PROGRAMME CBC POLAND-RUSSIA 2014-2020 WAS APPROVED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION!

On 8th December 2016 - the day of the ceremonial start of the Programme Poland-Russia 2014-2020 at a conference in the Polish Baltic Philharmonic in Gdansk, the European Commission approved a Joint Operational Programme Poland-Russia 2014-2020. The programme, implemented in the framework of the European Neighbourhood Instrument, supports cross-border cooperation between Polish and Russian border areas in the social, environmental, economic and institutional spheres.

REGISTRATION FOR THE PROGRAMME FINAL-OPENING CONFERENCE IN GDANSK IS OPEN

REGIONAL INFORMATION MEETINGS WERE HELD IN AUGUSTÓW AND GDAŃSK

Regional Information Meetings dedicated to the Poland-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 took place on 3rd November 2016 in Augustów and on 4th November 2016 in Gdańsk. The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Lithuania-Poland-Russia Programme 2007-2013 together with the Marshal Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship and Marshal Office of the Pomorskie Voivodeship organised these meetings in order to present main goals and planned activities of the new Programme to the potential beneficiaries.

JOINT OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME POLAND-RUSSIA 2014-2020 WAS CHANGED

The JTS would like to inform that following recommendation of the European Commission the Joint Operational Programme was changed in respect to the Thematic Objective 3 (TO 3) Promotion of Local Culture and Preservation of Historical Heritage.

THE TRAININGS FOR BENEFICIARIES AND PARTNERS OF LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS (LIPs) WERE CONDUCTED ON THE 20TH AND 25TH OF OCTOBER 2016 IN OLSZTYN AND KALININGRAD

Practical trainings for the Beneficiaries and Partners of Large Infrastructure Projects (LIPs) from Poland and Russia took place in Olsztyn (Poland) on 20th of October and in Kaliningrad (Russia) on 25th of October 2016. Both trainings were attended by more than 30 persons, representing different institutions involved in potential LIPs of Poland-Russia Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020. Participants representing potential beneficiaries from such Polish cities as Malbork, Suwalki, Bialystok, Tolkmicko, Olecko, Olsztyn and Russian Kaliningrad Region took part in the training.
